SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Free shipping is offered in accordance to the order value below: 

UNITED STATES Free Economy shipping (5-8 days) on orders over USD$30.

Return Policy

We understand that buying online can be tricky as you do not have the product in your hands when you order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Mail-in returns have a shipping fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lilowbaby.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@lilowbaby.com for further assistance.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
